8 Mortgage Servicers Earn MBA Education CCMS Designation
Eight mortgage servicers earned the MBA Education Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation at the recent Mortgage Bankers Association CREF Servicing and Technology Conference in Los Angeles.

Professionals earning their CCMS designation this year included:

–Christie Corallo, CCMS, Vice President/Portfolio Manager with Berkadia
–Darri Cunningham, CCMS, Vice President/Portfolio Manager with Berkadia
–Terri Eisenhauer, CCMS, Director of Loan Administration with StanCorp Mortgage Investors LLC
–William Dugger Schwartz, CCMS, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Solutions with PNC Real Estate
–Donna Teague, CCMS: Manager, Investment Asset Administration – Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company
–Marcy Thomas, CCMS, CCIM, Portfolio Manager with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC
–Paula Williams, CCMS, Director with Wells Fargo Bank NA

This year’s designees represented the largest CCMS classes since 2013.

“I applaud these servicing professionals for their dedication to professional development,” said MBA Vice President of Education Business Development Jeff Schummer, CMB. “This class of CCMS graduates will lead the commercial servicing industry into the future.”

The new designees join a group of senior commercial servicing professionals engaged in the commercial servicing industry, including taking active roles in education and training.

MBA launched the CCMS program in 2012. Qualifications for the CCMS designation include industry education, commercial mortgage industry experience, commitment to the industry and participation in MBA and the issues facing the industry. All CCMS designees must maintain their designation with continuing education and participation in MBA and the commercial real estate finance industry.

BSI Financial Adds Three Executives to Management Team
BSI Financial Services, Irving, Texas, added three new members to its management team. Jean-Marc Eichner and Adam Rider have joined the company as senior vice president of loan services and vice president of accounting, respectively, while Natalie Owens as has been promoted to director of business development.

Eichner, who has more than 30 years of financial services customer experience, will lead a strategic initiative focused on portfolio retention and building BSI Financial’s customer franchise. He previously held management positions with Capital One, Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America and Citi Mortgage. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer experience for Ocwen Financial.


Rider, who has nearly two decades of experience in finance and accounting in the financial services industry, will be responsible for helping to position BSI Financial for growth and expansion. He served as a finance and accounting senior manager for Ocwen Financial from 2001 to 2014. Most recently, he served as vice president of accounting with Nationstar Mortgage.

Owens, who has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and legal industries, most recently served as assistant vice president in BSI Financial’s foreclosure department. Prior to joining BSI in 2016, she managed business relations for Butler & Hosch P.A. and supervised the special proceedings department for Brice, Vander Linden and Wernick P.C


Gateway First Bank Appoints Bruce Schultz as Vice President/Community Reinvestment Act Officer
Gateway First Bank, Jenks, Okla., appointed Bruce Schultz as Vice President and Community Reinvestment Act Officer, responsible for administering and monitoring all aspects of Gateway’s CRA and fair lending programs and ensure proper adherence

Before joining Gateway, Schultz was previously with a community bank in Tulsa, Okla., where he began as a mortgage banker and moved to upper management and then to Senior Vice President. He is a member of the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association.


Steve Nippak Joins ARGO as Vice President of Business Development
ARGO, Richardson, Texas, hired Steve Nippak as Vice President of Business Development, responsible for client and partner development of the company’s retail banking and commercial lending products.

Prior to joining ARGO, Nippak spent the past 20 years in enterprise software sales. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Client Success with LineData, where he oversaw the global sales of LineData’s Capitalstream platform, sales team development, client acquisition and enterprise level negotiations.


Get Credit Healthy Hires Jon Hill as Chief Revenue Officer
Beta Music Group Inc., Sunrise, Fla., through its operating subsidiary Get Credit Healthy Inc., hired Jon Hill as Chief Revenue Officer.

Jon has more than 17 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as CEO of Homebird LLC. He was also responsible for marketing Vitreus, a company that helps streamline the pre-qualification mortgage process. Prior to Homebird and Vitreus, he was Regional Vice President of Business Development of Social Survey and Vice President of National Sales for Equity National Title & Closings.
